1st Tooth Bites the Dust!!!

It's official!!
Kaitlin lost her first tooth!
June 23, 2010

She laughed the whole time she was taking these pictures!

I can stick my tongue though the hole!

Now we wait until the next one!!

First T-Ball Game!

Here is our little T-Ball Girl!!! She had her first game on Thursday June 24, 2010. She had so much fun (other then asking when it would be over because she hot)!!! She can't wait for this weeks game. Below are a few pictures! Enjoy!

Yes, her t-ball experience would not be complete without a pink bat!!

Here is Kaitlin at her 1st "At Bat!!"

Swing and a miss!!!

She loved running the bases!

And talking with the other team!
(The times she was out in the field she was at second base, and all she did was "direct" traffic when someone would come to her base. She would talk to them and tell them "good job" for getting to her base. Then she would tell them where to run and when!!)

And here I go!!

I'm going to make it!!

Opps!!! Wrong turn, I need to go to home base instead of the bench!
Yeah, I finally made it home!!

Exciting News!!!

We had our ultrasound today!! It was so neat to see the baby. It's amazing how ultrasound pictures have changed in the last 5 years! The baby is very healthy and looks good. X-ray tech was able to see everything she needed to and all the vital organs she was looking for were there and in the right place. She said the baby was very active, but very cooperative.
Kaitlin was able to go with us and she had so much fun. She had a smile on her face the whole time! She couldn't wait until the x-ray tech told us what we were having. See below to find out!!!

Here is the left arm and hand

Feet!!!

Here are the legs

Here is the face. You can see the eyes, noes and mouth. (Right side of the picture).
Here the baby is yawning! So cute!!!

Drum roll please......It's a girl!!!!
We are excited to be having another girl. We didn't care either way, just wanted a healthy baby. Kaitlin is excited it is a girl!! She thinks it will be fun for daddy to be the only boy in the house!! X-ray tech assured us 100% it was a girl! I had to ask just to make sure!

April 9, 2010 my brother Michael was playing baseball in St. Louis. He plays baseball for Ozark Christian Collage. St. Louis is the closest that he was going to be to us, so I took the day off work and we headed to St. Louis. We enjoyed getting to see Uncle Michael and watch some baseball. They didn't win either game, but it was still fun. We decided to spend the night in a hotel, relax and of course enjoy the swimming pool! Here are some pictures from that trip!

Uncle Michael # 14

Swing and a miss, sorry Michael. He did get a hit though on another at bat.

Kaitlin and her Uncle Michael

Too Cute!!

Hanging out at the game. Kaitin was the resident foul ball getter. She had so much fun running after the foul balls and returning them to the umpire. She even found an old ball in some dirt and kept it as a souvenir. She had a blast!

Kaitlin enjoying throwing the ball to Jason.

Then she just had to make a "grass bed" for her ball. Isn't it cute?

Saturday Morning we got up and went to the Butterfly house. They have a little museum with several different insects exhibits and then you go into a tropical enviroment where there are butterflies literally EVERYWHERE. They fly around you and sometimes you have to wait for them to clear so you can walk down the path. Kaitlin had one land on her arm, it freaked her out at first but then she wanted more to land on her. Jason's camera was fogged over due to the climate change, so we couldn't get pictures until his camera adjusted to the temperature.

The Butterflies like to eat bananas. (Good picture Jason)
They have a display area where they have cocoons. We were lucky to get to see a couple butterflies that were coming out of their cocoon. It was really neat!!

Mom and Kaitlin walking in the little garden out in the back. Jason snapping pictures. You can see the butterfly environment in the background, the big glass building.

The flowers were beautiful. Jason snapped some pretty pictures.

Kaitlin standing on a big caterpillar.

Kaitlin and Mom in a cockroach exhibit. It was really gross!! We didn't stay long!!

Easter Sunday was a beautiful day. We enjoyed a great time at church, a yummy lunch at a Mexican restaurant, and some good family time in the afternoon.

Coming home from church.
The Easter Bunny knew we needed a Welcome sign for our front porch. And that we couldn't have a real dogs, but we have some on our front porch. (According to Kaitlin)

I love to make projects!!

And I got a new windmill,

Having fun taking pictures.

Looking at the water running down the street.

Loving my girl!
